About me
Reiner Rübel
I bring together data work, software development, and business responsibility.
You have a project in mind and need someone who will work through the problem, collaborate with your domain experts, and carry implementation forward. At Corvendor, you work directly with me—from our first conversation through to using the solution we develop together.

My professional background
My background is in physics. I have worked with data, software, and business questions since 1985. I started in software development. Sales and management responsibilities followed: winning customers, building organizations, planning budgets, and taking responsibility for results.
For me, these perspectives belong together. A technically sound solution also has to work within the business. Equally, turning a business goal into a workable project means bringing data, rules, responsibilities, and technical possibilities together.
My work has included developing software and systems, building sales organizations, and taking international data and process projects into live operations. Experience from earlier employed roles and from client engagements shapes how I approach collaboration: good information becomes useful when those involved can work with it and make decisions.
What working with me looks like
You talk to the person who also works on the solution. I take personal responsibility for the project and bring in specialists when needed. This keeps the business questions, technical work, and coordination with you connected.
With you as the sponsor:
I clarify the improvement you want, the constraints we need to respect, and how we will recognize progress. I make assumptions, open questions, and decisions visible so you can explain and support the project internally.
With your domain experts:
They contribute their knowledge of daily work, exceptions, and business rules. Together, we turn that knowledge into testable requirements and a solution they can assess against concrete cases.
With IT and other stakeholders:
I connect business requirements with data sources, interfaces, and the conditions needed for operation. I explain technical choices so domain teams and leadership can assess their implications.
Technology with a clear purpose
I work directly on data preparation, decision logic, and software. The task determines which tools make sense. These may include transparent rules, statistical methods, machine learning, or language models. What matters is whether the result helps in its intended workflow and whether we can assess its effect.
A pilot can be a useful starting point. The Approach page explains how we agree on its scope, learn together, and decide on the next step.

Describe the goal you have in mind and the situation in your organization. You do not need a finished specification. A conversation can help us establish whether my experience and way of working fit your project.
